Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding andamp; Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.

We are looking for Drivers mates who will be supporting our drivers with delivering and installing white goods into customer homes Monday to Friday, from 06:00am each morning. Must be happy to support our Drivers in off-loading the heavy white Goods which are typically washing machines.

What you''ll do on a typical day£

• Alongside the driver, and while using a sack barrow you will be delivering to residential properties to a specified room
• Full installation of product
• Collection of old machines which will then be disposed of
• Interact with our customers on face to face basis
• Typically 10 drops per day, but can be as many as 12-13 around the local area and up to Milton Keynes
• Typical finish times are 17:00 each day

What we are looking for:

• Someone who holds good relationship building skills in order to interact and support our customers and drivers
• Someone who has a willing to learn attitude, full training will be provided in order for you to carry out the job effectively
• Someone who is happy to carry out a physical role and is physically fit in order lift the white goods wherever needed up flights of stairs, into houses etc.
• Someone who can start at 6am Monday - Friday
• Someone who is looking for long term role with the potential of going permanent

This role is not for the light hearted. When we say you must be physically fit, you will be lifting white goods up flights of stairs from time to time - this can include up to flats. So you must be happy to do this whether it be from time to time or potentially multiple times per day.
