Our client is an installation company that was founded in the early 2010s. They offer a range of services such as: Gas boiler replacements, external wall insulation, internal wall insulation, underfloor insulation, loft insulation, cavity walls, solar panels, and air source heat pumps. What they are looking for A compliance manager with experience in a similar role to lead our compliance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Accreditation renewals, ensuring that we are prepared for all renewals and meeting with auditors where appropriate. • Working with the management team to ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and reviewed regularly. • Completing internal audits for the business procedures to ensure they are being followed or to help identify any gaps within the processes. • Ensure all subcontractors are fully onboarded before starting work with the company and to review the supply chain regularly to confirm they are meeting the correct standards. • Monitor any changes in regulations, such as building regulations, and work with the senior management team to update policies and procedures accordingly. • Educating all employees, where relevant, on the regulations that affect the business to help them understand the reasons behind our policies and procedures. • Ensuring the business is compliant with GDPR and dealing with requests such as SARs if they come in.
