Registered Manager Children s Residential Home Location: Walthamstow Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 per annum Hours: Full-Time Permanent We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our children s home with care, integrity and a commitment to excellence. Please note: it is essential that you have experience working in an Ofsted-regulated children s home, ideally in a management or senior leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children s Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Lead, support and develop a team of residential care professionals. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care planning and risk management. Foster strong relationships with local authorities, partner agencies and families. Ensure the home achieves and maintains high inspection ratings, working towards ''Outstanding'' outcomes. Essential Requirements: Experience in an Ofsted-regulated children s residential home is essential. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards). Strong understanding of children s residential care legislation and statutory requirements. Proven ability to lead, manage and develop staff teams.
