The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and client-focused Conveyancer to join a friendly and highly experienced Residential Conveyancing team with an outstanding reputation in the market.You will manage your own portfolio of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive environment that values high-quality client care and professional development. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completionAdvising clients on legal aspects of property transactionsDrafting legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and other third partiesUndertaking searches with Local Authorities, Land Registry, and other relevant bodiesArranging transfer of funds on completionReporting to clients and ensuring excellent levels of customer service throughout About You The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and ready to make an impact.
