Your key duties will include:Supporting the Financial Accountant with the Monthly Close ProcessActing as the finance liaison with the External Shared Service Centre for both AP and AR ledgersParticipating in weekly calls as the finance representative for AR Cash Collection activitiesManaging the AP On Hold report to ensure a seamless procure-to-pay processKeeping the AP/AR ledgers clean and providing wider finance supportAssisting with cash forecast preparation and recording of actualsRunning the Internal Intra-Netting processProcessing ad hoc invoices/credit notes and employee expenses in the ERP systemCreating Manual and BACS Payment runsAssisting with external audit information requestsCarrying out any reasonable duty as instructed by your manager to h
