We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join the team for a 6 month fixed term contract. Under general sales supervision, this position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent sales and customer service through timely and accurate processing of quotes and subsequent orders through strong communication and coordination - both externally with assigned accounts and internally with other company functions. The primary focus of this role will be the protection and growth of business at assigned Corporate Accounts. This role typically represents the first point of customer contact for inquiries related to customer orders, deliveries and pricing for Corporate Accounts.
