What you ll be doing As our Head of Marketing, you ll: Develop and deliver marketing strategies that attract both healthcare professionals (nurses, support workers, healthcare assistants) and healthcare providers. Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, email, content) to generate leads and increase brand visibility. Create compelling campaigns to engage candidates, from showcasing job opportunities to running virtual events and webinars. Support client acquisition and retention with tailored marketing collateral and nurturing campaigns. Produce content (blogs, newsletters, whitepapers) that speaks directly to the needs of candidates and employers. Monitor multi campaign performance, analyse ROI, and provide insights to shape future strategy.
