This newly created role will report directly to the General Counsel and play a key role in advising the family office on a broad range of legal matters. The Legal Director will support the business with direct investment and also investments into private markets sector.They will work closely with investment teams and external counsel to ensure smooth transaction execution and provide legal insight into investment structures, financing arrangements, and cross-border exits.They will assist the General Counsel in managing relationships with external legal, tax, and fiduciary advisors, while providing timely, pragmatic legal advice to principals and senior stakeholders.
