Overview
An enthusiastic, well-motivated and competent Paediatric Audiologist is sought to join the Paediatric Audiology service at Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust on a permanent basis. The Paediatric Audiology service provides second and third tier services to children and young people in the West Hertfordshire area. Clinics are held at Watford, St. Albans and Hemel Hempstead; the post holder will cover clinics at all three sites as needed. A full valid driving licence with access to a car for business use is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).Proposed interview date:

Lead children’s hearing assessment clinicsProvide hearing aid management to children of all agesCommunicate effectively with service users and other members of the teamEngage in peer reviewsEngage in audits and clinical governance tasks to support continuous service improvementAssist the Audiology Service Lead in day-to-day management of the serviceTake on operational responsibilities (with guidance) within the departmentRequirements
