- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching students with SEND

The ideal candidate will:
- Deliver stimulating, differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
- Modify teaching approaches to improve accessibility and student engagement
- Establish a well-organized, positive classroom atmosphere that promotes student success
- Collaborate closely with SENCOs, support staff, and families to support student development
- Encourage student confidence and independence through innovative teaching techniques
