The nursery encourages creativity, outdoor learning, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead the team and model best practicesSupport with staff training and developmentMaintain accurate records and support Ofsted readinessWork with the manager to implement policies and proceduresBuild strong relationships with families and external agenciesPrerequisites:Level 3 or higher in Early YearsMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a nurseryStrong understanding of safeguarding and EYFSLeadership qualities and excellent communication skillsFirst Aid and DSL training (desirable)
