Our Portlethen based client are looking to welcome Temporary Accounts Support to their team for 2-6 weeks, beginning in December. Duties include: Perform the daily download allocating customer receipts to customer accounts. Prepare Journals ready for posting into the Accounts system. Code, log and batch supplier invoices ready for payment runs. Prepare the payment run. Processing of all Sales and Purchase ledger and invoice finance transactions. Experience using Sage would be advantageous. Salary: Open to discussion.
