This Financial Planning Manager job provides opportunity to join a national independent financial planning firm, that is continuing to grow through organic growth and acquiring IFA client banks.You will be responsible for a team of Financial Advisors, providing support to them to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets. Your role will consist of both management and TandC responsibilities.You shall be supervising each IFA to maximise key business opportunities, with a focus on encouraging them to identify new business / clients; ensure Advisors are always providing quality service to clients; adhering to company compliance guidelines and meeting their continuing professional development.
