The FirmOur client, a boutique and well-established property law firm based in London''s West End, is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their friendly and collaborative Real Estate team.The OpportunityThe successful candidate will be a highly organised and proactive Legal PA, providing comprehensive support to fee earners and partners within a busy property department. Duties will include:Drafting legal documents including contracts, leases and completion statementsManaging post-completion matters, including submission of SDLT returnsProducing, amending and formatting legal documentation using Microsoft WordHandling digital dictation and copy typingObtaining property searches via Searchflow (or similar platforms)Managing Land Registry applications and documentationCarrying out AML checks in line with compliance proceduresSupporting billing processes, including completion statements and accounts requisitionsGeneral administration, filing and document managementUploading documents to client portals/extranetsLiaising with clients via telephone and in personMeeting and greeting clients and preparing meeting roomsAssisting with post, scanning and office coordination tasksThis Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pmRequirementsMinimum 5 years'' experience as a Legal PA/Property Secretary within a law firmStrong background supporting a Real Estate/Property team (essential)Solid understanding of conveyancing processes and documen
