This position, the first of it''s kind within the company, will focus on the overseeing of business strategy and client services. For this role, we''re looking for someone who combines extensive pharmaceutical and healthcare industry experience with a highly analytical mindset. You''ll be someone who possesses a strong business acumen, exceptional client services skills, and a confident leadership style. With this being a new role within the business, we''re looking for someone who has at least 10 years experience across business consulting and client services. You''ll be an expert at working in client-facing digital environments, allowing you to effectively contribute to the success of clients digital transformation and product delivery lifecycle projects. You''ll be responsible for shaping digital direction, whilst keeping alignment with business goals, customer needs, and compliance requirements, ultimately unlocking opportunities for impactful delivery and long-term account growth.
