As a VDA, you will play a key role in accurately assessing damaged vehicles, producing repair estimates, and liaising with insurers and customers to ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Accurately assess vehicle damage and produce clear, detailed repair estimates. Use Audatex to compile repair costs. Liaise with insurance companies, engineers, and customers regarding repair authorisation. Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and industry standards. Work closely with the workshop team to plan and oversee repair progress. Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair journey. Requirements Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator in an accident repair centre or bodyshop. ATA VDA Accreditation (or working towards) preferred. Strong knowledge of Audatex or similar estimating systems. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Confident communicator with both customers and insurance companies.
