The Role: Experience with Windows 11 operating system is a necessity and preferably includes previous rollout support in a retail environment Customer facing capability to deal with Windows 11 front of house activities Technical background to help understand post upgrade faults and fix them first time, operating system expertise is preferable Knowledge of Intune and Autopilot is key to be able to provide concise feedback to technical leads on any common trends / faults / risks observed Team player mentality is vital so that all 3 resources can work together to resolve issues collectively Process driven colleagues to ensure upgrades and fixes are completed in line with guidance / policies provided by Boots Familiarity with HP and Microsoft hardware would be beneficial but not a necessity Wider understanding of application, network and infrastructure spaces would be beneficial but not a necessity Please note this role is based on site.
