Responsibilities
lead our quality management system + make sure we''re always audit-ready
define product + process specs, and challenge the status quo when needed
support new product development (npd) with your food tech know-how
maintain third-party accreditations (hello, brc grade a!)
manage non-conformances + drive continuous improvement
monitor customer feedback + complaints - and turn insights into action
be our go-to expert on food safety, legislation + quality assurance
audit, inspect + keep our systems sharp
ensure all suppliers are up to scratch + fully certified
spot risks in the supply chain before they become problems
champion best practice + help us grow stronger every day
Qualifications
proven experience in a food technical or quality assurance role (this is a must!)
food-related degree or equivalent hands-on experience
internal auditor + haccp qualified
strong knowledge of food legislation + industry standards
confident communicator + team player
experience managing people + processes
full uk driving licence
you must be comfortable commuting to our cpu in east acton, london
