We have exciting opportunity for technically savvy individual to join our newly build Inside Sales Centre of Excellence in a heart of London.This role will require knowledge of Arabic language (MSA) and 5 days a week attendance to our London office.Working along side Inside Sales Account Managers, you will play a key role in developingthe technology strategy and solutions for the accounts assigned to the Inside Sales team. Your main responsibilitywill be to provide technical expertise on a wide range of products and support defining the integration within the customer''s technical environment.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes.Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.Develop and deliver technical onboarding for the new members of the Inside Sales team.Provide technical updates to the teamStay connected with the Sales Engineers across EMEA with focus on Middle East
