Through regular Windows and Office Feature Release cycles, you will make sure every user enjoys a smooth, well-managed upgrade experience - backed by world-class processes, tools, and a truly collaborative global team.The Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert for Windows andamp; Office Pro Plus Feature ReleasesAnalyse and communicate Feature Release changes to internal teams and customersTranslate new Microsoft changes into hardware and application impact assessmentsServe as the single point of contact for technical queries and escalationsInvestigate deployment failures using SCCM and IntuneOwn and resolve 3rd-line incidents via the Remedy queueImplement remediation activities to enhance service performancePresent detailed Feature Release impact reports to Service Management and customersThe RequirementsConfidently understand and interpret Microsoft''s roadmap for Windows andamp; OfficeCommunicate technical changes clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesDeliver high-quality advisory, consultancy, and presentationsManage complex incidents and engage with multiple stakeholdersWork collaboratively across internal teams, customers, and third partiesIf you''re passionate
