Our client, a market leader in high-performance flooring systems, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join their growing team.

As Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in producing accurate, competitive, and commercially viable estimates for both tender and design-and-build projects. You''ll work closely with the pre-construction, sales, and project teams to help secure and deliver work across the UK.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for acoustic flooring, spray plaster, soundproofing, and underfloor heating systems

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and client documents

• Liaise with suppliers to obtain up-to-date pricing and technical data

• Work alongside sales and project teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment

• Assist in bid submissions and value engineering opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of tender documents and pricing structures

• Proven experience in construction estimating, ideally within fit-out or flooring

• Familiarity with construction drawings, schedules, and measurement tools

• Strong numerical and commercial awareness

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with estimating software is a plus

• A proactive, detail-driven approach to delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines
