Main Duties - Despatch Operative: Prepare and package orders for dispatch, ensuring products are handled carefully and securely. Operate relevant machinery and equipment used in the despatch process. Conduct quality checks on products and packaging to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management. Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines. Additional Details - Despatch Operative: Weekly rotating day shifts: Mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday (05:00-12:40 / 13:00-20:40) Benefits - Despatch Operative: Competitive salary starting at £13.71 per hour, with opportunities to increase up to £15.83 based on skill level and performance.
