Local Community Coordinator - Fixed Term Job description 37 hours per week Fixed term until 31 March 2026 Our Local Community Co-ordination programme is transforming the way we work with and supporting people in local communities helping people to create their own practical solutions within inclusive and supportive communities. Each Local Community Coordinator will work with people and their families, helping people plan, organise and access a range of practical and personalised, flexible and responsive support and services that enhance their participation in, and contribution to, local communities. As a qualified and experienced professional, you will support referrals of individuals, young people, vulnerable adults, people with disabilities and carers who present with wide-ranging difficulties and issues. You will use your extensive knowledge of community resources to tailor individual support which builds resilience and promotes wellbeing.
