The Role The Material Supply Chain Lead is a newly created role responsible for coordinating the inbound, storage, and outbound flow of raw material between the Smurfit Westrock raw material Supplier and the Markham Vale North Distribution Centre (Markham Vale North) and ensuring the timely transport of raw material to Smurfit Westrock Markham Vale (Markham Vale Production) as required. This role will play a critical part in onboarding and embedding a new operating process, taking a hands-on and proactive approach to ensure a constant, e?icient and undisrupted supply of raw material to production. The Material Supply Chain Lead will act as the central point of coordination across Warehousing, Transport and Supply Chain activities, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy and operational efficiency.
