This role is ideal for someone with strong e-Billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing electronic invoices and ensuring compliance with client billing requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit invoices through multiple e-Billing platformsEnsure invoices are processed accurately and within client deadlinesResolve invoice rejections, short payments and billing queriesMaintain records of submitted and rejected invoicesManage timekeeper, matter, rates and invoice data across systemsUpdate accruals, budgets and reports via client portalsReconcile billing data between practice management systems and client portalsLiaise with partners, lawyers and credit control to resolve outstanding issuesRequirementsPrevious legal e-Billing experienceExperience in high-volume or complex billing environmentsBackground in legal or professional services preferredFamiliarity with practice management systems Knowledge of e-Billing platforms and billing guidelinesStrong attention to detail, organisation and communication skillsThis is a great opportunity to join a collaborative finance team and further develop your expertise in legal e-billing and client financial processes.
