You will play a key role in building a strong staff team, embedding best practices, and maintaining high standards in line withOfsted expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations of a 2-bed EBD children''s home.Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding regulations, and relevant legislation.Oversee care planning and ensure personalised, therapeutic support for each child.Recruit, lead, and develop a motivated care team.Manage staffing rotas, budgets, and resources effectively.Liaise with external professionals, including local authorities and families.Prepare for inspections and maintain accurate records and reports.Promote continuous improvement and positive outcomes for young people.Candidate RequirementsLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).Prior experience as a Registered Manager (or s
