CNC Recruitment is looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our client s team on a permanent late shift from Monday to Thursday. This role involves operating machinery efficiently, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe working environment. Hours: Monday to Thursday (Late Shift) Hourly Rate: £12.77 + 20% Shift Premium Duties: Operate and monitor machinery according to safety and production standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. Ensure products meet quality control specifications. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance. Requirements Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work a permanent late shift (Monday to Thursday). Understanding of workplace safety and machine operation protocols.
