Engage directly with senior leaders (CxOs) at leading Financial Services companies.Define, design, assess and deliver transformation initiatives from discovery to implementation.Identify opportunities for process design, optimisation, and automation.Lead workshops and presentations to elicit and document requirements.Apply data analysis and visualisation to implement digital dashboards.Utilise Agile and traditional project/change management techniques.About You

a minimum of 5+ years Business Analysis experience in a consultancy as well as strong Financial Services experienceExperience in identifying, scoping and implementing opportunities for non-technical and digitally enabled process design, optimisation, automation and management using relevant standards and frameworksDeep understanding of the mechanisms and tools to manage the successful delivery from both and traditional and agile perspectiveA positive, can-do attitude, strong team ethos and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environmentWhy Join
