The company has over 30 years experience delivering high-spec flooring solutions for major commercial, data centre, education and fit-out projects across London.You will be working on a flagship project in central London, supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a high-value scheme worth up to £10 million, collaborating with a Tier 1 Main Contractor. This role offers hands-on experience in commercial management, from procurement to final account, within a fast-paced, technically specialist environment.Key Responsibilities Assist in managing all aspects of cost control and commercial reporting Prepare and manage interim valuations, variations and final accounts Support procurement and assessment of subcontractor packages Maintain accurate cost records, tracking changes and project progress Liaise with site management teams and external stakeholders Assist with contract administration, project reporting and compliance Participate in value engineering and cost forecasting exercises Ensure accurate documentation and audit trails are maintained Support with post-contract financial reviews and reporting Candidate RequirementsEssential: Degree or diploma in Qua
