Our leading Global Client are looking for a Production Operator to join their well established team based at their Kirkcaldy site. These roles will be for a minimum of 6 months but may go on longer depending on business needs and performance ! Reporting into the Production Team leader, your key duties will include:Mixing operator starting on mixing process - weighing up lino cement and adding pigmentCleaning equipment at colour changesManual handling (no more than 25kg lift) Perform various labouring tasks as neededThis is a rotational shift role and would suit candidates with the following key skills and experience:Detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production settingExcellent teamwork and communication skillsStrong focus on safety and compliance with health and safety regulationsCapable of handling physical tasks and manual labour) Willing to work in a dusty environment , mainly indoorsCompetitive Pay Structure and shift pattern :Dayshift - Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm , Frid 6am-12pm 13.20ph Backshift-Mon- Thurs 2pm-10pm, Frid 12pm-6pm 13.96ph Nightshift-Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am, Frid 6pm-12pm 15.51ph There will also be the opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates Please note that due to the location and shifts required for this role you must be locally based and if out with Kirkcaldy be able to drive/have transport.Please send your CV and application for consideration ASAP.
