Key Accountabilities (1) Lead and develop sales within UK food industry; mainstream retail, food service and B2B(2) Create annual sales and business growth strategies customized for key strategic sectors(3) Drive to research and identify new business opportunities, and drive sales and grow the existing customer base(4) Focus on engagement for lead generation in line with business expansion aims, integrating strategic prospect targeting, and actively identifying avenues to engage with potential clients(5) Manage sales team Requirements (1) Minimum 5 years'' sales or account management experience within UK food industry(2) Proven track record of delegation, running successful sales performances, and meeting and exceeding KPI''s(3) In-depth experience in Sales Operations within major retailers or importer/distributor(4) Strong network within UK food industry with retailers(especially any of big 4 supermarket chains), buyers, distributors(5) Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment(6) Proficient in MS Office and any knowledge of CRM software being advantageous(7) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively(8) Flexible, team-oriented mind and excellent communicatio
