The Maintenance Manager will contribute to the goals and values of the Novotel Milton Keynes by supporting the General Manager and by being responsible for looking after the proactive and reactive maintenance of the Hotel, along with any maintenance related projects.Responsibilities: Oversees day to day operations of the department, including repairs, alteration, and installation of work.Lead the Maintenance function providing both, a reactive and proactive multi-skilled service on all operational equipment and hotels infrastructure.Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, reduce equipment failure room downtimeManage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI''s) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.Identification of potential lifecycle deficiencies, produce capital budgets to match lifecycle expectanciesImplement and manage continuous improvement of maintenance services by highlighting recommending changes where necessary.Take the opportunity to become a Heartist, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.

Skills, experience

and

abilities

required:A minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance.Previous managerial experience is a bonus.Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
