As an Operator Recruitment Resourcer you will play a critical role in ensuring we provide our customers with the best service by sourcing and on-boarding the finest operators seamlessly. The Operator Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting plant operators to meet operational and project requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term workforce planning. Recruitment Resourcer Key Responsibilities Recruit plant operators across a range of disciplines (e.g. excavators, dumpers, rollers, specialist plant).
