In-depth ServiceNow + TNI architecture expertise, including hands-on experience of Telecoms Inventory Models. Telecoms Network Inventory (TNI) expertise including: rack design, capacity, equipment modeling + fibre/circuit mapping/provisioning. Strong ServiceNow Telecom ecosystem expertise including: TNI, CMDB, Discovery, Service Operations, ITOM, CSM, FSM/FSL. Designing integrations between ServiceNow and OSS/BSS systems, data modelling for Telecoms network equipment, network topologies, logical circuits, racks, capacity + Telecoms topology.
