Maintenance Plumber Wembley-

My client is a leading FM-provider;-they are looking to recruit a maintenance plumber based in Wembley. You will have your city and guilds,-nvq-or equivalent as well as proven-track record-in commercial maintenance.-

Sector: Commercial Maintenance Retail-

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on TMV''s, general pipework copper and-pvc, taps, washers, sinks, blockages, replacing toilet furniture, legionnaires checks, tank checks, general ppm''s on fan coil units, changing filters, plant visual checks on pumps, motors as well help out with general maintenance duties and escorting-sub-contractors.-

Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday-

Salary 41.2K with overtime (if wanted) call out 1 in 8 and company benefits.-
