Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established business based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will assist with supporting the Finance Manager with the invoicing, payment queries, expenses etc. Salary: 30KHours: 9-5 Monday to FridayLocation: Haywards Heath, parking onsiteAccounts Assistant duties:Supporting the Finance Manager with everyday accounting Assisting with monthly payroll data Checking staff expenses and gaining approvalsWorking with external payroll and accountancy service providersHandle any invoice, payroll and payment queriesProcess invoices for payment Skills and experience:Proven experience working in finance / accounts assistant type roleExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenGood IT skills, ideally have used Xero.
