You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages, with a particular focus on higher-value and more complex transactions. The Role: Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently Handle high-value and complex residential property transactions Advise high-net-worth individuals and quality clients Work closely with a supportive and experienced property team Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships Requirements: Qualified Solicitor (or Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive considered) Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing Experience handling high-value or complex transactions is highly desirable Strong technical knowledge
