The Carramar team focuses on providing care for clients in a 24 hour, 7 day a week supported housing service in Thatcham. The Carramar team creates a comfortable, safe and pleasant environment while helping residents work towards more independent living in the future. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to residents with serious mental illness including adults who have a primary diagnosis of a psychotic illness often with one or more coexisting conditions such physical health issues, neurodiversity, drugs and alcohol use and cognitive impairment.
