You ll support customers with profound and enduring mental health conditions to sustain their tenancies, build independence, and improve their quality of life, delivering person-centred support through structured and community outreach services. Salary: £25,877.80 per annum Contract: Fixed Term Contract Up to 12 Months Your week: 37 hours per week Working to a 3-week rolling rota, between the hours of 8:30am and 8:30pm. This role does include 12-hour shifts, evenings and weekends.
