This is a contract opportunity suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings strong domain knowledge in insurance data.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain conceptual and logical data models aligned with business processes and insurance domain requirements.Collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable data models.Ensure consistency and integrity of data models across retail, specialist, and reinsurance lines.Document data structures and business rules using tools such as ERwin, PowerDesigner, or Sparx EA.Uphold data modelling standards and governance practices.Work closely with architecture and process improvement teams to ensure alignment.Contribute to metadata management, data lineage, and master/reference data initiatives.Support data quality and remediation efforts.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and build strong relationships with end users.Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in data modelling, ideally within the insurance sector.Proven experience in data governance and delivery of data models.Strong understanding
