The Role – Head of Geography

• This school is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head of Geography on a full-time, permanent basis.
• You will be required to lead, plan, deliver, and monitor engaging Geography lessons up to Key Stage 5.
• Lead an experienced and supportive department, driving strong outcomes and student progression.
• Monitor and track student progress to ensure high levels of achievement across the department.
• Support and develop staff within the department to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Understand the impact and importance of your role in helping students develop high aspirations and a strong understanding of Geography.
• Always promote the school’s ethos and values.
• Contribute to wider whole-school initiatives and leadership responsibilities.
