You will be responsible for the technical delivery of a small portfolio of projects or sections of larger projects, reporting to a Senior Project Engineer. Key Responsibilities:Technical:Apply sound engineering principles to design and problem-solving.Prepare outline and detailed designs in accordance with relevant standards.Produce clear and structured design calculations, reports, and drawings.Utilise BIM-led design tools such as STAAD Pro, FEM Analysis, and Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis. People Management:Mentor and train Engineers, Graduate Engineers, and Technicians.Coordinate team activities for timely project delivery.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
