Parts Sales Manager required for Automotive manufacturer-affiliated vehicle parts retailer located in Bristol.

The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £33,454.

Specification:

- You will need to hold strong sales team management experience in a B2B capacity with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives
- Experience working in a sales environment on behalf of vehicle manufacturers or a similar automotive parts retailer business would be highly desirable
- A previous working experience as a Parts Sales Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities:

- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
- Managing and motivating the office-based Parts Sales Executive team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers
