This is a full-time, long-term role starting after Easter, ideal for someone who is patient, nurturing, and committed to making a meaningful impact on a child''s educational journey.You will provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day, helping the pupil access learning, regulate emotions, and develop confidence both academically and socially.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProviding tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with additional learning needsAssisting the class teacher in implementing personalised learning strategiesSupporting the pupil during lessons, transitions, and breaktimesEncouraging positive behaviour and promoting emotional well-beingHelping to adapt resources to ensure accessibilityWorking closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals when neededMonitoring progress and contributing to support plansThe Ideal CandidateExperience working 1:1 with children who have additional needs is essential.Qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificates are desirable.Understanding of SEND strategies and inclusive practicePatient, calm, and compassionate approa
