Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead on SEND strategy across the school

• Manage EHCP processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

• Work collaboratively with staff to implement personalised learning support

• Track progress and maintain detailed, up-to-date records

• Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• National SENCO Award (or currently working towards it)

• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice

• Experience working with a range of SEN needs across key stages

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
