Your mission An experienced Team Lead with a strong blend of management and technical expertise, known for a proactive, logical and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and driving operational excellence. The EDMS team plays a key role across all phases of the application lifecycle planning, implementation and ongoing support delivering and maintaining BAM s document management systems across the UK and Ireland. As a hands-on Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to customers, while also actively supporting the resolution of incidents and technical challenges.
