As we continue to grow, we''re looking for a hands-on Company Accounts Manager to take ownership of the internal accounts function.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes, and being a key part of a supportive team.What you''ll be doingYou''ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the company accounts, including:Managing accounts payable and receivableRaising client fees and ensuring accurate billingMonitoring and managing debtors and creditorsSupporting payroll alongside external providersPreparing and submitting quarterly VAT returnsProducing management accounts and financial reportsSupporting budgeting and financial planningLeading month-end and year-end processesMaintaining accurate financial recordsBuilding strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliersIdentifying and implementing process improvementsWhat we''re looking forProven experience in an accounts or finance roleStrong working knowledge of accounting principlesExperience using accounting softwareHighly organised with excellent attention to detailA proactive, hands-on approachDesirable (but not essential):AAT qualificationProperty sector experienceExperience improving
