Service Desk Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Director of IT, drive service improvements, and shape the technology landscape of a dynamic and forward-thinking business.In this hands-on role, you''ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues, implementing high-quality IT solutions, and ensuring a seamless user experience across the organisation. You''ll provide 2nd and 3rd line support to end-users both remotely and on-site and be a key contributor to building a robust, secure, and scalable IT environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide responsive and effective IT support, ensuring incidents and requests are resolved in line with SLAs.Manage and track support tickets using an ITSM platform.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows and Mac environments.Conduct root cause analysis to prevent issue recurrence and improve service delivery.Carry out regular patching and system hardening to maintain system security and performance.Share expertise with team members and contribute to skills development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.About You:Proven experience in a senior IT support role, ideally within a fast-pac
