Motorsport / Automotive Vehicle Technicians and Mechanics ASL Technical are proud to partner with a renowned UK-based luxury automotive brand who are seeking experienced and highly skilled Vehicle Technicians and Mechanics from a motorsport, automotive dealership, or specialist automotive environment to join their expanding team on a contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to work within a cutting-edge automotive manufacturing environment, producing ultra-exclusive vehicles engineered for unrivalled driving experiences. Key Responsibilities: Support the production and assembly of low-volume, high-quality vehicles across all models at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members, especially within Manufacturing Engineering, to meet production targets and ensure product quality. Operate machinery on a low-volume production line, loading/unloading and assembling parts while ensuring correct allocation to Stillages. Conduct quality checks for any defects and ensure accurate labelling of finished products. Accurately record data into the build book/log, including torque and serial number details. Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, identifying process improvements and corrective measures to enhance efficiency. Participate in problem-solving activities and support Cycle Time change planning, line rebalancing, trials, and training initiatives.
