We are seeking an experienced Bricklaying Supervisor for a short-term freelance role in Brentford. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small team of bricklayers on a residential/commercial site, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate a small team of bricklayers Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows site plans Maintain health and safety compliance on site Liaise with site managers and contractors as required Monitor progress and report any issues or delays Requirements: Proven experience supervising bricklaying teams SSSTS CSCS card Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques and building regs Good communication and organisational skills
